Glanky Ltd ("Glanky", "we", "us") is a UK company. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you use the Glanky platform at glanky.com and app.glanky.com.

Data we collect

Account details (name, email, phone number for OTP verification), profile information, video and audio cover letters you record, job applications you submit or receive, messages sent through the platform, and technical data (IP, device, cookies).

Why we process it

To provide the service, verify accounts via SMS OTP, match seekers to jobs, deliver applications to recruiters, keep the platform secure and comply with applicable law.

Media handling

All video and audio playback is streaming-only via short-lived signed URLs. There is no download surface anywhere in the product.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and to object. Email privacy@glanky.com.

Retention

Applications are retained for the recruiter's hiring cycle and deleted per our retention schedule. You can delete your account and associated media at any time.
